SCA Board of Directors meets in An Tir July 12

The SCA Board of Directors (BOD) is having its quarterly meeting in An Tir this weekend. They are meeting this Saturday, July 12, 2008, in an open session. That means that observers may attend. These meetings are normally held in modern clothing. This meeting is at the Embassy Suites Seattle - Tacoma Int'l. Airport

A number of people have asked for detail of the schedule on Saturday.
The open meeting will begin at 9 AM.
There will be a lunch break that may be extended if the BOD has some closed-door business to complete. Then the open meeting will resume, ending by 5 PM at the latest.
The room at Barnaby's is reserved from 5 - 10 PM. We will have some tables set for dinner initially, the number depending on how many people let me know by about noon on Saturday that they will be going there for dinner.
There will also be space set for casual conversation, and the room reserved is next to the Bar, where we can easily overflow, if needed.
