FAQ
Returned checks (or failed credit card transactions):
• Returned checks cost the Barony of Aquaterra money, therefore we will pass that charge on to anyone who bounces a check.
• Failed credit card transactions result in a charge to ACCEPS; which we must then pass on to the credit card holder.
• A failed payment transaction of either sort may jeopardize your Pre-registration if payment in full is not received in advance of the event.
Transfer of Registration:
• Your Art of War Pre-registration may be transferred to another individual by writing “I hereby transfer this preregistration to (legal name of person transferring to)” on your Pre-registration confirmation letter or email and signing your modern name. You must send this signed document to the Registrar, or send it with the transferee to the event. The Registrar/Gate would prefer to receive this information in advance of the event, if at all possible.
• The transferee must then provide all other items required for Pre-registration (see page 4).
• Any exchange of funds relating to a transfer will need to take place between the individuals directly.
• There will be no partial refunds for transferred Pre-registrations.
Cancellation and Refunds:
• If you are part of a Group Reservation, requesting a cancellation refund may put your group’s reservation of their Hall/Campsite/Cabin in jeopardy.
• We strongly encourage you to transfer your registration to someone else if you need to cancel.
• All requests for refunds must be received by March 1, 2010.
• Special refund circumstances after that date will be considered with appropriate legal documentation.
• All refunds will be made by check issued to the person who originally paid, and will be mailed by May 15, 2010.
• If the event must be cancelled, we will refund all money to the person who sent it to us.

Privacy / Personal Information:
Personal information collected on registration, gate and/or waiver forms will not be released to third parties except if such release is required by law.
